gymply: Gym Program & Coach

Take charge of your progress. Workout and nutrition plans built for your goal, feedback after every session, and a weekly review that adjusts the plan when the numbers call for it. gymply is built for the step after online coaching: you know how to follow a plan – what you want is help knowing when to change it. HOW IT WORKS Tell gymply about yourself and pick a goal: weight loss, maintenance or muscle gain. In minutes you have a full workout program and a meal plan built for that goal. THE WEEKLY REVIEW Weigh in each morning, follow the plan, and report whether you followed it. On your check-in day the coach reviews your weight trend and how the week went, gives feedback, and makes one adjustment if the evidence supports it – one lever at a time, never a new plan unless you ask for one. You always get the reasoning, even when nothing changes. AFTER EVERY SESSION The coach reads the sets you logged and gives you a target for next time, exercise by exercise, with the reason attached: "Bench looked solid at 155 lb. Go to 160 lb next session." From your second session, weights and reps are pre-filled from your own history. NUTRITION IN THE SAME PLAN A high-protein meal plan matched to your calories and macros, ingredients weighed, meals you repeat through the week. Training days and rest days are counted differently. Swap a meal or ask about food straight from chat. BUILT FOR THE GYM FLOOR • Weights and reps pre-filled from last time • Rest timer starts the moment you log a set • Ask the coach mid-session – it knows where you are • Swap an exercise for a coach-approved alternative • Works offline; sessions sync when you're back on signal WHAT GYMPLY DOESN'T DO It doesn't see your technique, doesn't import a previous coach's plan, and doesn't pick your next goal for you. When you reach your goal, set a new one and the coach builds from there. PRICING gymply Plus is one membership, monthly or yearly. 7-day trial, payment method required.
