Post Office Manage the Branch

Post Office — Manage the Branch Take charge of Moscow's post office network! Start with a single "Parcels" window and one service terminal — and build a real postal empire across the whole city. You're the new branch manager, and everything depends on your decisions: queues, budget, reputation, and happy customers. REAL MAP OF MOSCOW Dozens of offices on actual city streets. Many service types: Parcels, Letters & Packages, Payments & Utilities, Government Services, Pensions & Benefits, Subscriptions & Press, Financial Services, Documents & Notary. A LIVING WORKDAY Time flows, customers arrive. Morning (7-9) and evening (17-19) bring rush hour — queues grow 2.5x! Keep up with service, or people leave and your rating drops. GROW YOUR OFFICES Buy and maintain terminals (KPO-1, Elektron-2, PostMat Pro, AutoPost MAX) — watch capacity, reliability and wear. Tune your service rate and interval. Expand offices and open new service lines. FOUR CREWS UNDER YOUR COMMAND - Ambulance — resolves incidents - Cleaners — keep order - Washers — service terminals - Repair crew — night work Assign, hire and fire — but mind the budget: costs rise with every employee. NIGHT SHIFT The office is closed — time to sort parcels, repair terminals, clean halls. Assign technicians to night tasks, or wake up to breakdowns and chaos. SECURITY & INCIDENTS Conflicts, disorder, crime... Add guards, electronic queues and managers. Serious incidents are highlighted on the map. SEASONS & EVENTS Seasons change right on the map: snow, falling leaves, summer heat. Brace for surges — pre-New-Year boom, March 8th cards, Black Friday, marketplace deliveries.
