IntraService — универсальная Service Desk система учета заявок и инцидентов, позволяющая автоматизировать прием заявок от клиентов и запросов от пользователей, ведение учета и обработки данных. Система IntraService легко настраивается для работы как внутри компании, так и для поддержки внешних клиентов. Данное приложение является дополнением к основному продукту - системе с веб-интерфейсом. Для работы необходима лицензия на основной продукт, а в настройках данного приложения укажите URL, Логин и пароль. Ключевые функции приложения: ● Список заявок по сохраненным в системе фильтрам, поиск заявок ● Создание заявки пользователем/клиентом ● Назначение исполнителей, установка сроков исполнения ● Изменение статуса исполнителем, добавление комментариев ● Контроль статуса пользователем/клиентом

В обновлении: - Приложение теперь учитывает настройку "Только одна категория в заявке" из бизнес правил типа. При необходимости, Вы можете обратиться в службу поддержки Intraservice, специалисты предоставят старую версию приложения(1.81).
