Full description
DocuQuest LLC is a private company. Unity is not a government app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government entity. Unity provides information drawn from your Association's own documents and from publicly available state statutes; it is not legal, financial, or professional advice. Unity gives your Board and managers instant, plain-English answers from your community Association's own governing documents and the relevant state statutes, with citations you can verify. It is the institutional memory for your HOA, condo, or POA. Board members and property managers spend hours answering the same questions: What do our bylaws say about rentals? When is the reserve study due? What does state law require for this vote? Unity answers by drawing only from your Association's own declaration, bylaws, articles, rules, minutes, and budgets, plus the governing state statutes. No guessing, no generic web answers. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Ask a Quest: type a question in plain English and get an answer grounded in your declaration, bylaws, articles, rules, minutes, and budgets, with inline citations to the source document and the governing statute. - Documents: a searchable, indexed library of your governing documents, with privacy controls. - Messages: role-based communication for your Board and members, in one place instead of scattered email and text. - Notes: capture decisions, vendor interactions, and incidents so knowledge stays with the Association, not in one inbox. - Members: a directory of your Board, committees, and residents with the right access for each role. WHY BOARDS USE IT - Answers now, knowledge forever. Every document you add makes Unity smarter about your community. - Fewer repeat questions to your manager and attorney. - A single, durable record that survives Board turnover. WHO IT IS FOR Unity supports homeowners associations (HOA), condominium associations (COA), and property owners associations (POA), and the Boards, committees, and property managers who run them. It is built around statutory grounding for Florida, with expanding coverage for North Carolina and more states being added. GOVERNMENT INFORMATION SOURCES Unity references publicly available state statutes. These are the official sources: - Florida Statutes (Chapters 617, 718, 719, 720, 721, 95): https://www.flsenate.gov/Laws/Statutes - North Carolina General Statutes (Chapters 47C, 47F, 55A): https://www.ncleg.gov/Laws/GeneralStatutes Where Unity references county ordinances (for example, Palm Beach County), those are published by the applicable county through its official code publisher. Statutory and ordinance content is provided for informational purposes only. DISCLAIMER Unity and DocuQuest LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any government entity. Unity does not provide or facilitate any government service. Statutory content is provided for informational purposes only and is not legal advice. Always confirm important decisions with your Association's attorney or a licensed professional.
