La aplicación SIMPLe ofrece la posibilidad de realizar un seguimiento del estado de ánimo en pacientes con trastorno bipolar recibiendo mensajes psicoeducativos adaptados a cada estado diariamente. Además de forma simultánea permite programar horarios de toma de medicación, síntomas prodrómicos de recaída, registrar eventos estresantes entre otras muchas funciones. Al ir utilizando estas funciones y leer los mensajes psicoeducativos, la aplicación va recompensando la motivación con medallas y trofeos. Esta aplicación es de uso exclusivo de participantes y colaboradores del Proyecto SIMPLe desarrollado por el Programa de Trastornos Bipolares de Barcelona (IDIBABPS, IMIM, CIBERSAM). Por el momento, el acceso a la aplicación y sus funciones sólo es posible con un usuario y clave proveídos por los investigadores del proyecto.
