With the app, you can access real-time statistics and view workflows, notifications and broadcasts, so you take swift action for high-quality customer service. Additionally, you can scan barcodes or QR codes on packages to instantly retrieve detailed tracking information - a faster alternative to manual S10 number input on the web app.

What's new

This release introduces new features to help call centre agents respond faster and act more efficiently: - Create urgent requests and responses directly from the app – no need to wait until you’re back at your desk. - Close completed tasks as early as possible to improve the experience of partner call centres and customer satisfaction.
