Ordo Gym Client is for people training with a personal trainer who works in Ordo Gym. Your trainer builds the plan — you always have it with you. START WITH A CODE • Your trainer sends you a six-character code or a link. You enter it once and the account is connected. • Without a code there is nothing to show — this is not a journal you keep on your own. TODAY • Your next workout with date, time and place. • Confirm you are coming with one tap, or let your trainer know you can't make it — they see it straight away. • Time doesn't work? Propose another one, without calls or messages. WORKOUTS • The plan for the days ahead: exercises, sets, reps and weights straight from your trainer. • History of your workouts with what was actually done. • Trained on your own? Tick it off yourself, if your trainer allows it. PROGRESS • Weight on a chart, entries added whenever you want. • Workouts done week by week and your streak of active weeks. PACKAGE • How many workouts are left and how long the package is valid. • Amounts and payments appear only when your trainer shares them. NOTIFICATIONS • A reminder the day before a workout. • A note when your trainer moves or adds a session. The app shows exactly as much as your trainer shares — they set the scope. Your replies, weight entries and messages go to them only. Ordo Gym Client works together with Ordo Gym, the app for personal trainers.
