WebPhone Mobile to nowa aplikacja mobilna, która umożliwia wykonywanie oraz rejestrowanie połączeń VoIP z wykorzystaniem telefonów komórkowych agentów. Aplikacja ta zawiera wszystkie funkcje, które dostępne są w standardowej wersji WebPhone’a, tj. obsługę połączeń w ramach kampanii i poza nią, dostęp do listy kontaktów i listy połączeń nieodebranych oraz historię kontaktów. Wszystkie połączenia realizowane z wykorzystaniem WebPhone’a Mobile są nagrywane i zapisywane w raportach. Możliwe jest też wykorzystywanie aplikacji w integracjach z zewnętrznymi systemami CRM. WebPhone’a Mobile można wykorzystać do obsługi połączeń w ramach infolinii na telefonach komórkowych agentów. Użytkownik będzie mógł dzwonić do klientów, odbierać ich połączenia, weryfikować i edytować ich dane czy oddzwaniać do osób, którym nie udało się połączyć z agentem. WebPhone Mobile przeznaczony jest dla firm, w których praca wykonywana jest zdalnie, hybrydowo bądź w terenie. Jest doskonałym rozwiązaniem dla pracowników, którzy potrzebują stałego dostępu do danych klientów, ale przemieszczają się między oddziałami firmy i nie mają dostępu do komputera. Rozwiązanie to sprawdzi się też w przypadku mobilnych sprzedawców, którzy część pracy wykonują w terenie, np. na spotkaniach z klientami. WebPhone Mobile umożliwia komunikację z dowolnego miejsca.
