Aplikacja Focus Mobile jest kompatybilna z platformą Focus Contact Center, wynosi sprzedaż i obsługę klienta na zupełnie nowy poziom. Focus Mobile to rozwiązanie, które umożliwia wysokiej jakości obsługę klienta z dowolnego miejsca na świecie. Użytkownik pracujący poza biurem może realizować połączenia wychodzące i przychodzące, korzystając ze swojego numeru komórkowego, a dane z jego rozmów trafiają do platformy Focus Contact Center. Użytkownik ma mobilny dostęp do karty klienta i na bieżąco może uzupełniać dane zebrane podczas rozmowy z klientem. Aplikacja mobilna dostępna jest dla systemu Android (wersja 6.0 i nowsze), wymaga instalacji w pamięci wewnętrznej telefonu i dostępu do internetu. Aplikacja korzysta z uprawnień administratora urządzenia. Aplikacja wymaga dostępu do nawiązywania połączeń telefonicznych i zarządzania nimi. Aplikacja wymaga dostępu do książki kontaktów. Aplikacja służy tylko do synchronizacji połączeń z historii telefonu do platformy Focus Contact Center, w celach raportowania pracy pracowników terenowych. Dzięki aplikacji Focus Mobile, Administrator pracujący na platformie Focus Contact Center, może w łatwy sposób pobrać raporty z połączeń agenta terenowego i kontrolować pracę swojego pracownika. Aplikacja mobilna Focus Mobile służy do rejestrowania połączeń i daje możliwość wglądu w kartę klienta bezpośrednio z telefonu typu smartphone. Jest w pełni zsynchronizowana z platformą Focus Contact Center. Aplikacja rejestruje historię połączeń tylko w zdefiniowanych godzinach pracy dla użytkowników. Niezarejestrowany / niezalogowany użytkownik, nie posiadający konta w platformie Focus Contact Center, nie ma możliwości skorzystania z aplikacji Focus Mobile. Liczba licencji jest ustalana na podstawie Umowy zawartej z firmą Focus Telecom Polska.
