This app provides: - a guided training plan to help you learn the basics of using mindfulness to cut back on alcohol - answers to many questions about how mindfulness can help with problem drinking - tools for tracking your daily goals and your progress over time Mind Guide is not intended to replace face-to-face clinical care. This app is being reviewed for safety and feasibility and is designed specifically for those already enrolled in an authorized user experience study.
