OPEC World Oil Outlook

The OPEC WOO App gives increased access to the publication's vital analysis and energy-related data. First published in 2007, the WOO 2020 provides an overview of the energy industry’s various linkages, and offers a thorough analysis of the medium- and long-term prospects for the global oil industry to 2045, including developments in areas such as the global economy, oil supply and demand, both in the upstream and downstream, policy and technology developments and sustainable development concerns. The WOO App is ideal for energy professionals, oil industry stakeholders, policymakers, market analysts, academics and the media. The App’s search engine enables users to easily find information, and its bookmarking function allows them to store and review their favourite articles. Its versatility also allows users to compare graphs and tables interactively, thereby maximizing information extraction and empowering users to undertake their own analysis. The WOO is one of OPEC’s flagship publications, combining the expertise of the OPEC Secretariat and professionals in OPEC Member Countries. Its content underscores the Organization’s commitment to data transparency – a critical element supporting dialogue and cooperation, both of which are necessary in order to secure a sound and stable oil industry.
