Tumaoni

Tumaoni helps service businesses see exactly who is delighting customers — and who needs help. Print a QR code for each branch. Customers scan, pick the employee who served them, and leave a 1-to-5-star rating in under 30 seconds. No app install required for your customers. What you get with Tumaoni: • Per-employee ratings — finally know which team members customers love. • Per-branch dashboards — compare locations side by side. • Free downloadable QR posters — A5 PDFs with a short 6-character code, ready to print. • WhatsApp sign-in — no passwords. Verify your business with a one-time code on WhatsApp. • Honest feedback — customers rate without giving their name or email, so they tell the truth. • Bilingual — full English and Kiswahili support out of the box. • Spam-protected — Cloudflare Turnstile and one-rating-per-customer rules keep results clean. Built for: restaurants, salons, clinics, hotels, mechanics, retail shops — anywhere a person serves a customer face-to-face. How it works: Sign up with your WhatsApp number. Add your branches and employees (name + photo). Download the printable QR poster for each branch. Customers scan, rate, and leave optional comments. You read the feedback in the app, anytime. Your data stays yours. We never sell it. Read our full policy at tumaoni.omojadata.org/privacypolicy.
