NotaBuku is a simple bookkeeping app for car and motorcycle workshops, service shops, and small trade businesses. Record every rupiah that comes in and goes out, then turn any job into a printed or shared invoice in seconds. WHAT YOU CAN DO Record income and expenses Log a job with the customer name, contact number, vehicle and plate, then add as many item lines as you need. The total and the amount in words fill in by themselves. Expenses are split into Belanja (goods you bought, with the shop name and the person in charge) and Biaya (running costs like electricity or rent, where a description and an amount are enough). See where the money went The dashboard shows income, expenses, and a profit projection for today, the last 7 days, the last 30 days, or the last year. The ledger stacks your journal by year, then month, then day, so you can open any period without a manual recap. Find anything fast Search the ledger by customer name, shop name, plate number, item description, or phone number. Repeat customers show how many times they have visited. Invoices that look the part Every income entry becomes an A5 invoice with your own letterhead: shop name, tagline, address, phone, warranty terms, and a signature line. Save it to your gallery, or open WhatsApp with the customer's number already filled in and send the invoice picture along with the message. Thermal receipts Print a 58 mm receipt straight to a Bluetooth ESC/POS printer, or use the Android print dialog. A live preview shows exactly how the paper will come out before you print. Your shop letterhead, your rules Set the shop name, owner, phone, address, city, service line, warranty text, and receipt footer once. A full sample invoice and a sample thermal receipt update as you type, so you can see the result before you save. Guided tour A short walkthrough introduces every feature one at a time, and you can reopen it any time from the profile screen. PRIVACY Your transaction records stay on your own phone. They are not uploaded to our servers and we cannot read them. Only your phone number, your name, your shop letterhead, and your list of signed-in devices are stored online, so you can sign in again and keep the same letterhead on a new phone. Sign-in uses your WhatsApp number and a one-time code. No password to remember. The app is in Indonesian.
