SiteSquare: COI Tracker

SiteSquare is certificate-of-insurance (COI) tracking for general contractors and property managers. Stop chasing paperwork and guessing whether a subcontractor is actually covered — capture a certificate, let SiteSquare read it, and see who's clear to work at a glance. HOW IT WORKS • Capture — photograph a certificate of insurance right from the job site. SiteSquare transcribes the coverages, limits, and expiration dates for you. • Review — you confirm or correct the details before anything counts. People decide compliance, not a black box. • Track — every vendor shows a clear status: clear to work, expiring soon, expired, or missing coverage. • Get reminded — notifications before a vendor's coverage lapses, so you're never caught with an uninsured sub on site. BUILT FOR THE FIELD • Dashboard — see who needs attention the moment you open the app. • Vendors — add, edit, and organize every subcontractor and their compliance status. • Projects — group vendors by job or property and see "X of Y clear to work" per project. • Document vault — keep W-9s, licenses, bonds, and other documents alongside each vendor, with expiration tracking. • Review queue — clear pending certificates from your phone in seconds. • Request a certificate — email a vendor their own secure upload link before they leave the gate. WHY SITESQUARE • Fast — a photo replaces manual data entry. • Accurate — an AI service reads the document; a person on your team confirms it. Compliance is never decided by AI alone. • Secure — your data is isolated per company, documents are stored privately, and every change is logged. SiteSquare for Android works with your company's existing SiteSquare account. Sign in with the email address your company uses for SiteSquare. Note: SiteSquare helps you organize and track certificates of insurance. It is a tool to assist your decisions and does not provide insurance or legal advice or guarantee that any vendor is adequately insured.
