Luxe PM

Luxe PM is the internal staff application for Luxe Signature Holiday Homes LLC, Dubai. It is not a consumer app and it cannot be used without an account issued by the company. There is no public registration. Accounts are created by a director for employees only. If you do not work for Luxe Signature, this app will not do anything for you. WHO IT IS FOR The app carries four jobs, and each person sees only the one their account is for. You choose yours when you first open it. • Property Management — leases, invoices, payments, deposits, reporting and the chart of accounts • Agent — bookings, vacant units, unit photo packs and commission • Housekeeping — attendance, cleaning jobs and the units they cover • Maintenance — available cases, jobs in hand and completed work WHAT IT DOES Property Management covers a tenancy end to end: raising a lease, issuing invoices, recording payments, tracking a security deposit through to its return, and reporting on the portfolio. Landlords, tenants and units are all maintained here. Agents see what is free to book, send photo packs to clients, raise a booking, and follow their commission. Housekeeping staff mark attendance at the start and end of a shift, and take the cleaning jobs assigned to their building. Maintenance technicians pick up cases on the properties they cover, write up what they found and did, and close the job. PERMISSIONS, AND WHY • Camera — receipts, identity documents, the condition of a unit, and the photograph taken at the start of a housekeeping shift • Photos — to attach an existing image to a payment, a record or a maintenance case • Location — housekeeping only, read at the moment attendance is marked, to record that it was marked at the unit. It is never read in the background or while the app is closed, and no other role asks for it • Notifications — overdue invoices, expiring leases, cleaning requests and maintenance assigned to you • Fingerprint or face unlock — to unlock the app on your own device. The check happens on the handset and we never receive your biometric data The app never records audio, and never reads your contacts, calendar or messages.
