Trackr

Trackr is the field app for process-serving, repossession, and debt-collection agencies — built so an agent can do the whole job from their phone, and an agency can see it happen in real time. FOR AGENTS IN THE FIELD • Log service attempts, repo reports, and financial assessments in a few taps • GPS location is captured automatically — no need to remember to tap a button before you start • Take photos in the app or attach them from your gallery • Search addresses as you type, ranked toward where you are • Works offline: if you're out of signal, your entry queues and syncs the moment you're back online — nothing is lost • Plan your day with the route planner: see every job that needs a visit, arrange the order, and get driving directions between stops in Google Maps • A PIN or fingerprint/face unlock keeps the app secure in the field, separate from your account password FOR AGENCY STAFF • See every job across your agency the moment an agent logs something — no waiting for someone to get back to the office • Read and add notes on any job, with control over what's visible to your client • Send a note, an attempt, or a full client report by email straight from the job • Send a client an update on a job that's still in progress, or the full report when it's done • Open any document on a job, and email it on • Tidy up notes and reports with an optional AI rewrite (when your agency has set it up) • Create and send invoices from the field • The same field-logging tools agents have, if you're covering a job yourself FOR CLIENTS • Check on a job's status without calling or emailing your agency • Read the notes your agency has shared with you, and add your own BUILT FOR HOW THIS WORK ACTUALLY HAPPENS Every entry is timestamped and geotagged the moment it's created, not reconstructed later from memory. Role-based access means an agent, a staff member, and a client each see exactly what they should — nothing more. And because the app talks to the same system as the Trackr web app, nothing you log in the field needs re-entering back at a desk.
