TechView is BDT's technical service and support platform, built for field professionals servicing products distributed by Black Diamond Technologies Limited (BDT) in New Zealand. BDT is the authorised New Zealand distributor for Mitsubishi Electric. TechView is a BDT-developed tool built specifically for the service trade. Access is restricted to verified users: • Service providers with a BDT Trading Account, or • Verified trade customers with an established relationship with BDT Once approved, TechView provides on-site access to technical resources across the product categories you service: • Heat Pumps • Hot Water Heat Pumps • Refrigeration • Ventilation • Commercial HVAC Available resources include: • Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting guides • Service, parts, and installation manuals • Technical bulletins and service notices • Piping and wiring diagrams • Warranty procedures and documentation • Training videos TechView also includes access to the BDT Online Document Library, support resources, and dealer tools. TechView keeps the technical information you need in the field organised, accessible, and available on your device.
