Full description
BBall Pulse turns your Bluetooth heart-rate strap into a complete training monitor. Connect a chest strap and watch your heart rate live, with color-coded intensity zones based on the Olympiatoppen model and your own max heart rate. See continuous time-in-zone, training load (TRIMP) and a live heart-rate curve while you work out. When the session ends, get a full breakdown: time spent in each zone, average and max heart rate, heart-rate recovery and HRV (RMSSD). Every session is saved to your history, so you can look back and tap in for the details whenever you want. WHAT YOU GET • Live heart rate with intensity zones (I-1 to I-5) • Training load (TRIMP) and continuous time-in-zone • Post-session analysis: zone distribution, average/max HR, HRV, recovery • Session history you can browse and revisit • Personal max heart rate for accurate zones REQUIREMENTS • A Bluetooth heart-rate strap (e.g. Polar H10, Garmin HRM) • Bluetooth enabled on your phone Built for athletes and coaches who want to understand effort, not just count minutes.
