ParkDossier

ParkDossier is your holiday park's portal, now as an app. Owners, park management and advisers find everything about their holiday home and park in one place. For owners • Your holiday home and plot: details, documents and the build progress step by step. • Documents: purchase agreement, drawings, permits and invoices, opened and shared securely. • Messages: direct contact with your park. • Rentals: occupancy and monthly statements for your holiday home (if your park rents it out). • Notifications: a push message when a statement, message or document is ready for you. You choose which ones. • Assistant: ask a question about your holiday home or park; the answers come from your park's documents. • Submit a report: send a repair, complaint or question to your park, with a photo. • Annual statement and maintenance: the yearly costs of your plot and work on your holiday home with cost approval (if your park offers this). For park management and advisers • Your own workspace, exactly as in the browser, with notifications for new messages and milestones. Secure • Log in with face recognition or fingerprint (after a first login with your password). • You only ever enter your own park and workspace. • No ads, no tracking. Please note: ParkDossier is for owners and staff of participating parks. Your account is created by your park; you cannot sign up yourself.
