Pollenio: hay fever & pollen

Pollenio is a hay fever diary that takes ten seconds a day. Say how your nose, eyes and airways were, add the medication you took, and you are done. Pollenio records the pollen, weather and air quality for that day by itself, so you can discover which pollen you react to. Your data stays yours. Everything lives on your phone: no account, no cloud, no tracking, and nothing is shared with anyone. The only thing the app fetches is the pollen, weather and air quality near you, using a coarse location (about 1 km) that is never stored. YOUR DAILY CHECK-IN • Nose, eyes, airways and sleep on a simple 0 to 3 scale • The medication you took, from your own list • A note, if you want one • Nothing is required, and you can fill in any day later • One daily reminder, only if you turn it on POLLEN, WEATHER AND AIR QUALITY, ADDED FOR YOU With every check-in Pollenio records the levels of six pollen types: alder, birch, grass, mugwort, olive and ragweed. It adds the weather and air quality of that day. You enter nothing; the context is simply there when you look back. YOUR SEASON AT A GLANCE • A calendar of your days, with the pollen levels alongside your symptoms • Which pollen is in the air this month, and what you can do about it • Background on the pollen sources, from hazel in February to ragweed in late summer INSIGHTS PER POLLEN TYPE (PREMIUM) Pollenio reads back your own days and checks them against each pollen type. You get an honest verdict for each one: risk, no link found, or not enough data yet. No guesswork, only your own pattern. For example: "On 7 of your 9 symptom days, grass pollen was high." A REPORT FOR YOUR DOCTOR (PREMIUM) Export your days, medication and pollen levels as a clear PDF report, so your conversation with your GP or allergist starts from facts. POLLEN OUTLOOK AND ALERTS (PREMIUM) See the pollen levels for the coming days, and get a notification when the pollen you react to is expected to run high. LOGGING IS ALWAYS FREE The check-in, your medication log, the calendar and all of your own data are free, forever. Premium adds the insights per pollen type, the doctor's report and the outlook with alerts, with a free first month. PRIVACY, BY DESIGN • Everything stays on your device; no account needed • No ads, no analytics, no trackers • Location is only used coarsely (about 1 km), only to fetch pollen and weather, and is never stored • Payment for Premium runs directly through Google Play Available in English, Dutch, German and Spanish. Pollenio is a diary for tracking your own pattern. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat hay fever. Always consult a doctor with medical questions. Weather data by Open-Meteo.com
