Kroozin Back Office

Kroozin Back Office is the operator app for Kroozin 2218: today's sales, fuel, lottery and the things that need you, live from the register, on your phone. TODAY Open the app and see the day so far — total sales, merchandise and fuel, receipts in the last hour — with a live indicator so you know the numbers are current. The "Needs you" list shows what is waiting: a price change to send to the register, a fuel delivery to reconcile, a tank running low. SALES One screen for the day, yesterday, 7 days or 30 days: department ranking, fuel by grade, lottery, tenders (cash, card, EBT) and tax. Tap a receipt to see every line on it. FUEL Gallons and dollars by grade, the price at the pump with a one-tap change sent to the register, what is in each tank from the gauge, and recent deliveries with blended cost. LOTTERY Today's scratch count by price point, whether it ties to the register, and a scan console to receive, activate and settle packs with the phone camera. MORE Pricebook and pending POS changes, daily close, invoices, cashiers, time clock, free-item program, marketing, and reports. TIME CLOCK Employees clock in and out with a code and PIN, on-site only. Managers see who is on the clock. Kroozin Back Office is for the owner and staff of Kroozin 2218 and requires an operator login issued by the store. It loads the store's back office at kroozinplus.net.
