ORNATE Connect

ORNATE Connect puts your company phone extension on your mobile. Make and take calls on your office number from anywhere, see who is calling before you answer, and stay in touch with colleagues — on the same cloud phone system your company already uses with ORNATE IT. ORNATE Connect is for employees of companies that use the ORNATE IT cloud phone system. You need a company account to sign in; your company's administrator provides it. CALLS • Make and receive calls on your company extension, over Wi-Fi or mobile data • Incoming calls ring on the lock screen, even when the app is closed • Hold, mute, speaker, keypad tones, call waiting and swap • Transfer a call, or join calls into a conference • Pick up a colleague's ringing call • Recent calls and voicemail, with recordings where your company allows them KNOW WHO IS CALLING • Colleagues shown by name and photo from your company directory • Names and photos from your own phone contacts (optional — they never leave your phone) • Customer details from your company's systems, where enabled STAY IN TOUCH • Chat with colleagues, and share photos and files • See who is available, busy or on a call • Company notices • Live call monitor for supervisors DESIGNED FOR WORK • Sign in with your company code, or by scanning a QR code • Several company accounts on one phone • Light and dark themes, phones and tablets Calls are carried over encrypted connections.
