Full description
Small habits shape everyday life. Drink water after waking up. Take a short walk at lunch. Tidy your desk when you get home. Read before bed. Peckot is a habit app that helps you build triggers into your day, record what you actually do, and discover how your habits change over time. ■ Create triggers that fit your routine Habits are easier to remember when they are connected to a clear moment. With Peckot, you can schedule habits by time or use location as a trigger. “At 7:00 AM.” “During lunch.” “When I arrive at my usual place.” Instead of relying on memory, you can place simple cues into the rhythm of your day. ■ Focus on what matters now The Today screen highlights the habits you can act on now. Rather than showing everything with equal urgency, Peckot helps you focus on the next action. Complete it when you do it. Skip it when today is not the day. The goal is not a perfect streak. It is to keep an honest record of your everyday actions. ■ See your rhythm, not just your streak Peckot does more than count completed habits. It compares when you planned to act with when you actually acted. As your records build, patterns begin to appear. Use Daily Rhythm to review today. Use Average Timeline to see your usual action times. Look back over time to see how your rhythm shifts. You may notice that you have started acting earlier, that a habit tends to happen at a certain time, or that your routine has gradually changed. Small changes are easy to miss while they are happening. Peckot helps make them visible. ■ Imperfect days still matter Some days are busy. Some days you forget. Some days you simply choose not to do a habit. Peckot does not treat every missed action as failure. Completed and skipped actions are both part of your record. Instead of pressuring you to protect a perfect streak, Peckot helps you see your habits as they really happen. ■ See how a habit is growing Your records also show how much a habit has built up over time. See where you are now, how far you have come, and what comes next. Progress is not only about reaching a final goal. Seeing the path can make the next step easier to take. ■ Use places as triggers Not every habit fits a fixed time. With Peckot, you can also create habits that are triggered when you arrive at a selected location. When you get home. When you arrive at work. When you reach a place you visit regularly. This makes it easier to connect habits with the places where they naturally belong. ■ Quick actions from your watch Peckot supports Wear OS watches. When a habit notification arrives, you can complete or skip it right from your wrist without taking out your phone. Use your phone to create habits and review your records. Use your watch for quick actions throughout the day. ■ Peckot may be for you if... • You often forget habits after starting them • Traditional to-do apps feel too rigid • Perfect streaks make habit tracking stressful • You want to see when you actually take action • You want to discover changes in your routine • You want to use time and location as habit triggers • You want quick habit controls from your watch Every day is made of small habits. Yesterday and today may look almost the same. But when you keep recording and look back, you can begin to see the changes that were easy to miss. Track your habits. See how you change. Turn progress into motivation. Start with one small step today with Peckot.
