Full description

CallAnswer is the AI answering service built for contractors — plumbers, HVAC techs, electricians, roofers, landscapers, and more. When you can't get to the phone, CallAnswer instantly texts the caller back, has a natural conversation to understand what they need, answers common questions, and books the appointment on your schedule. This app puts it all in your pocket. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See every recovered lead the moment a missed call comes in • Read the full AI ↔ customer text conversation for any lead • Track lead status from new to booked • View upcoming appointments the AI has scheduled • Get push notifications for new leads and new bookings • Check your recovered-revenue stats at a glance WHY CONTRACTORS USE CALLANSWER 67% of callers hang up on voicemail and never call back. CallAnswer answers every missed call 24/7, for a fraction of what a traditional answering service costs — and unlike a human service that just takes a message, it actually books the job. A CallAnswer account is required to use this app. New to CallAnswer? Start a 14-day free trial at callanswer.net.

What's new

Hot leads: urgent keywords now trigger instant alerts to your phone. Voicemail transcription: see what callers said before you reply. Mark appointments complete directly from the app to trigger review requests.
