Finnalt Wave

Finnalt Wave is a search 🔍 drill you can run anywhere: a simulated debris field with one to three buried practice 🏋️ targets, a handheld readout that gives distance and a five-step direction arrow, and a clock that splits the search into signal, coarse, fine, pinpoint and dig. The arrow follows the curved field line from each buried target 🎯, not a straight bearing, so the path you walk bends the same way it does on the snow. For a first run: open the field and drag ✋ the searcher down your strip. A number 🔢 appears once you are in range, and Finnalt Wave times each phase as you close in, probe in a spiral and set a dig plan 🗺️ by crew size and method. For repeat drills: pick one of fourteen scenarios (deep single, two close, three tight, a boulder runout, a tree line) or set burials, depth and spread and generate a fresh layout. Build 🔨 your own by placing targets, antenna angle and depth on a grid. For your own practice 🏋️ slope: photograph it or pick a photo 📸 from your library 📚, pin the start 🚀 line and up to three targets on it, and the photo becomes the field for that scenario.
