Betttr: Quit Gambling Recovery

Betttr is the recovery companion app for gamblers: a four-step gambling blocker, a community recovering together, and daily recovery tools. It blocks sportsbooks, counts your gambling-free days, and gets you through the urge. Betttr is built for the post-legalization sports betting generation, by people who have practiced recovery. It is not a betting app and does not offer gambling. MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED Betttr is free to download. The opening assessment and your personal report are free. Everything below requires a Betttr membership, an in-app purchase through Google Play. WHAT YOU GET Gambling Blocker. Four steps, in order. A website blocker that uses Android's system-wide encrypted DNS (Private DNS) to block 10,000+ gambling sites in every browser. An app blocker that holds the betting apps you choose, so a sportsbook app can't open on a weak night. Guided self-exclusion for your state, walking you through the official program. And Ban the Books: one email, sent from your own mail app, that asks the sportsbooks to ban you. Community. A community of members recovering together, under a username you choose. Post, reply, and encourage each other. Optional, and you control what you share. Streak Tracking. Count your gambling-free days, weeks, and months, with a daily check-in. Panic Mode. When the urge hits: one tap to call the National Problem Gambling Helpline, 1-800-GAMBLER, free and 24/7, plus four breathing exercises: box breathing, the physiological sigh, coherent breathing, and alternate nostril breathing. Rate the urge, name the trigger, breathe, and it's logged. Daily Pledge. Make a daily commitment to yourself, one day at a time. Journal & Gratitude. Write what happened and what you're grateful for. Private by default. Library. Short lessons on urges, triggers, money, and the first 90 days, written for people quitting sports betting, casino games, and bookies. Soundscapes. Ocean, forest, rain, and campfire for the minutes when you need to sit still. WHO BETTTR IS FOR People who want to quit gambling or sports betting and want something with them between meetings, appointments, and Sunday kickoffs. Betttr works alongside Gamblers Anonymous, therapy, and state self-exclusion programs. You do not need a diagnosis, a sponsor, or a program to start. You need Day 1. PRIVACY & SAFETY Your journal, streak, and pledge are stored securely, never sold, and never shared. You can delete your account and all your data from inside the app. Community is pseudonymous: you appear under a username, and you can block and report anyone. Betttr is not a crisis service and not a medical device; it does not diagnose or treat any condition and is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in immediate danger, call or text 988. For gambling support any time, call 1-800-GAMBLER. Betttr contains no gambling, betting, wagering, or simulated gambling of any kind, and does not link to or promote gambling services. HOW IT WORKS Download Betttr. Answer a few questions and read your report, free. Turn on the Gambling Blocker, step by step. Check in every day. Reach for Panic Mode when you need it.
