RIVL is a workout logger built for the gym floor, not the desk. ONE TAP PER SET Your program is on screen. Tap a set as you finish it — reps and weight are logged instantly, and the rest timer starts on its own. REST TIMER THAT LEAVES THE APP Lock your phone. The countdown keeps ticking in your notification shade and on your lock screen, and you get a nudge the moment rest is over. BUILT FOR BAD SIGNAL Basements, concrete, one bar of LTE — every set is saved to your phone the instant you tap it, and synced when you have a connection again. Nothing is ever lost mid-session. PROGRAMS, NOT SPREADSHEETS Pick a program or build your own: workouts, exercises, sets, reps, rest. Weights you change during a session become next week's default. RIVALS Add friends, climb the leaderboard, earn XP and rank up. Your training is only visible to people you've added back. HISTORY AND PROGRESS A calendar of every session, per-exercise progress charts, and personal records that update themselves. Free. No ads. Delete your account and all your data from Settings at any time.
