대전시는 제조업이 취약한 산업구조와 대기업 부재로 인해 지역 특성에 맞는 일자리 창출이 중요한 과제입니다. 이에 따라, 컨택센터 유치 및 육성을 통해 지속적인 고용 확대에 힘쓰고 있으며, 우리 협회 또한 대전시 및 유관기관과 협력하여 컨택센터 산업 발전과 상담사들의 이미지 개선 및 자긍심 고취를 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다. 현재 대전 지역에는 105개의 컨택센터가 운영되며, 8,526명의 상담사들이 공공기관, 금융, 보험, 통신, 유통 등 다양한 전문 분야에서 활약하고 있습니다. 우리 협회는 대전시의 지원을 받아 전문 상담사 인력 양성, 상담사 가족 화합 행사, 힐링 프로그램, 힐링 캠프, 온라인 교육 등 다양한 교육 및 지원 프로그램을 운영하고 있습니다. 특히, AI 융합 미래컨택센터 발전방향에 필요한 정보교류의 장으로 컨퍼런스를 매년 실시하고 있으며, AI 및 디지털 혁신을 활용한 컨택센터 산업의 발전을 위해 지속적으로 노력하고 있습니다. 또한, 지역 및 수도권 대학과 협약을 맺어 관리자 및 상담사의 역량 강화를 위한 석·박사 과정 운영과 고용 안정 지원에도 힘쓰고 있습니다. 앞으로도 대전컨택센터협회는 AI와 첨단 기술을 접목한 컨택센터 산업의 혁신과 상담사의 근무 환경 개선을 위해 노력하겠습니다. 많은 관심과 성원을 부탁드립니다. 감사합니다.
