Yard

Yard is a job and team management app for small service businesses. Built for car washes, cleaning services, salons and barbershops in Kenya who are still running the day on phone calls and notebooks. Create and track jobs Book a job with the client's name, phone number, and start time. Add the services being done and assign a staff member to each one. Every job moves from in progress to completed or canceled, and every change is logged with a timestamp and a note, so you always know what happened and when. Record payment on completion Close out a job with the end time, the amount paid, and the payment mode — cash, card, or mobile money. Cancel with a reason when a job falls through. Manage your staff Keep a record for every technician: name, ID number, date of birth, and phone. Assign them to supervisors, and see the full history of who reported to whom. Give supervisors their own access Invite supervisors by email. They set their own password, create jobs on behalf of the business, and manage the staff assigned to them. Supervisors can report to other supervisors, so the structure matches the way your team actually works. Set your services and commissions Define each service you offer with a price and a commission percentage for the person who performs it. Commission is calculated from the work as it is recorded, so pay follows the job. See the business at a glance Filter jobs by date range, review the day's or the month's work, and track revenue and outstanding payouts without rebuilding the numbers by hand. Multiple businesses, one account Own or work in more than one business from the same login, with a separate role in each. Prices and payments are handled in Kenyan Shillings. Yard is a product of Hamilton Technologies, Nairobi.
