Puoi inoltre accedere a ScreenConnect dopo aver contattato Computer Technology e ricevuto le indicazioni per la sessione. Le Prenotazioni riguardano gli interventi programmati e sono disponibili per tutti i clienti; ai titolari del servizio Help Desk raccomandiamo di aprire prima un ticket. Sono disponibili anche guide, domande frequenti e chat.
