LifeTrack Macros

LifeTrack helps you keep track of calories, protein, carbs, fat, and weight without making nutrition tracking more complicated than it needs to be. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, gain muscle, or simply get a better understanding of what you eat, LifeTrack gives you daily targets and an easy way to track your progress. The app is built with Icelandic users in mind, with support for foods and products commonly found in Icelandic stores. Features • Personalized calorie and macro targets based on your goals and activity level • Food tracking using an Iceland-focused food database • AI meal analysis from photos when you don’t feel like entering everything manually • Recipe saving for meals you make regularly • Weight tracking and progress history • Apple Health and Health Connect integration • Icelandic and English language support When you first set up the app, LifeTrack calculates suggested calorie and macro targets based on your information. If you’re following a plan from a coach, trainer, or nutritionist, you can also enter your own targets. Meal photos can be used to estimate calories and macros from a picture. These estimates are intended as a convenience and won’t always be exact, but they can make tracking easier when you’re on the go. Apple Health and Health Connect can be connected to import activity and health data if you choose to do so. Privacy Your data is yours. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
