Unify

Unify connects workers with licensed operators in New Mexico — and pays them on time. If you're a worker, Unify is the fastest way to find paid shifts at state-licensed facilities. Browse open jobs in your area, apply in seconds, get approved, and show up. After your shift, the company signs off and your earnings clear within the week. Take an instant payout for a small fee, or wait for the regular Friday batch — your call. If you're an operator (cultivator, packager, processor, retailer), Unify replaces the late-night phone tree of finding trimmers, packagers, and harvest crews.
