VoCalm is an AI voice journal for when you want to talk things through. Have a short voice conversation with an AI, and VoCalm turns it into a private journal entry with a summary, a reflection of your mood and a few gentle self-care tips. No typing and no blank page: voice journaling in your own words, out loud. How it works • Start a conversation when you are ready, and choose the voice you talk with. • Talk about your day, a worry or a win. The AI listens and asks gentle questions so you can reflect. • When you finish, VoCalm writes your journal entry: an AI-generated summary of what you shared, a reflection of your mood and a few tips. • If you allow notifications, VoCalm lets you know when your entry is ready. Your voice journal • Read your entries anytime, or listen back: narration reads an entry aloud. • Your entries stay together in one calm place, like a private diary you speak instead of write. • The dashboard shows how the mood in your entries changes over time, so you can notice patterns in what you talk about. • A gentle daily reminder, if you want one. Private by design • Your recordings and your journal are private. • No ads. • Your journal and dashboard are hidden when you switch apps. • Delete your account and everything in it, anytime, right in the app. English and Spanish Talk, read and listen in English or Spanish.
