O Visio Agente é a ferramenta de trabalho do agente de segurança em campo. Ele conecta quem está na rua à central de monitoramento, em tempo real. ⚠️ ACESSO RESTRITO Este aplicativo é de uso corporativo. Ele funciona exclusivamente com uma conta de agente fornecida pela organização contratante da plataforma Visio (prefeituras, guardas municipais e empresas de segurança privada). Não há cadastro público: sem uma conta habilitada pelo administrador da sua organização, não é possível utilizar o app. PARA QUEM É Agentes, guardas e operadores de segurança que atendem ocorrências em campo, a pé ou em viatura, e precisam receber despachos e registrar o atendimento sem depender de rádio ou papel. RECURSOS 🕒 Turno de trabalho O agente inicia o turno informando se está a pé ou em qual viatura, e o encerra ao final da jornada. A central passa a saber quem está disponível. 📍 Ocorrências despachadas A central de monitoramento despacha a ocorrência para o agente mais próximo. O agente recebe uma notificação, aceita o chamado e vê no mapa o local exato do atendimento. 📝 Registro do atendimento Durante o atendimento o agente registra atualizações de texto e anexa fotos como evidência, direto do celular. Tudo fica no histórico da ocorrência para a central acompanhar. 🚗 Patrulha com leitura de placas Durante a patrulha, o app usa a câmera do celular para ler placas de veículos e consultá-las na base da plataforma, alertando o agente sobre veículos de interesse. 🗺️ Posição em campo Enquanto o turno está ativo, o app envia a posição do agente para a central, que acompanha a equipe no mapa e consegue despachar o agente mais próximo de cada ocorrência. 🔐 Segurança Acesso protegido por senha corporativa, com desbloqueio por biometria opcional e bloqueio automático da tela por inatividade. Comunicação criptografada de ponta a ponta com o servidor. SOBRE A VISIO A Visio é uma plataforma de videomonitoramento e segurança pública que integra câmeras, reconhecimento facial, leitura de placas e gestão de ocorrências.
