StudentAid Driver

StudentAid Driver is the work app for school van drivers on the StudentAid platform. It turns every school run into a verified, accountable trip — protecting the children you carry, and protecting you as the driver. 🚌 YOUR TRIPS, ORGANIZED • See today's trips and student manifest at a glance • Start a trip and follow your stops in order • Open your route in your maps app for turn-by-turn navigation • Trip history and summaries for your records 📍 LIVE GPS TRACKING • While a trip is active, your van's location is shared live with the school and parents • Tracking runs only during trips — start to finish, nothing outside working runs • Keeps tracking reliably even with the screen off ✅ QR-VERIFIED BOARDING & DROPS • Scan each student's QR card as they board and get off • Every scan becomes a verified custody record — no disputes, no guesswork • Manual entry backup when a card isn't available 📶 WORKS OFFLINE • Weak signal on the route? Boardings and drops queue on your phone • Everything syncs automatically the moment you're back online 🚨 SOS • Hold to trigger an emergency alert to the school and operator • Your location goes with the alert, so help knows where you are 👤 DRIVER PROFILE & VERIFICATION • Register with your operator, upload documents, and get verified • Serve multiple schools and request new ones from the app • Full support for English and ودرا (Urdu) LOCATION DISCLOSURE StudentAid Driver collects location data during active trips — including when the screen is off or the app is in the background — to enable live van tracking for schools and parents. Tracking starts when you start a trip and stops when the trip is completed. Location is never collected outside active trips.
