Log a strength session with sets, reps, and weight for each exercise. Track a run, ride, or swim with duration, distance, and calories. Record a meal from a built-in food catalog with automatic macro calculation. Weigh in and watch the trend, not just the number. Already tracking some of this in Apple Health or Health Connect? Connect it once and RepFuel imports your existing cardio, workout, nutrition, and body-weight history automatically — read-only, nothing is ever written back. RepFuel is designed to stay out of your way: - log strength sessions with sets, reps, and weight per exercise; - track cardio by type, duration, distance, and calories; - log meals against a food catalog with automatic macro breakdown; - track body weight over time with a 7-day trend view; - import existing data from Apple Health or Health Connect (read-only); - edit any entry's date after the fact — no need to log in real time; - use English or French, and system, light, or dark appearance. Your account is private to you. RepFuel has no ads, no third-party analytics or tracking SDK, and Health data is only ever used to show your own history — never sold, shared, or used for advertising.
