This app is for the people being trained. You do not sign up here - your organization creates your account and assigns your training. Sign in and get to work. Start from the policies and lesson plans you already have and turn them into courses with quizzes. AI can write the first draft, and you can edit or rebuild it any time the way you work changes. Assign and track. Assign training by role, site or person. See who is current, overdue or has not started, across the whole organization or by team. Certificates and proof. Courses can require a passing quiz score before they count as done. Certificates issue automatically, and you can download a person's training transcript or export everyone's records whenever a client or auditor asks for them. Keep training current. Set how often each course has to be renewed. Automatic reminders and manager escalation help you follow up with anyone who falls behind. Live classes. Teach it yourself, in person or online. Schedule the class, take the register, and ask questions during the session that people answer as they go. They sign at the end, and the attendance record comes from the class itself. YOUR TRAINING, NOT SOMEBODY ELSE'S Most training software rents you other people's courses and charges per course, per person. Enkratos does the opposite. You build your own courses and lesson plans, you improve them as you go, and you are charged for people rather than for courses. What your organization knows stays yours. BUILT WHERE THE RECORD MATTERS Completion records, signatures and continuing education credits are sealed when they are written and cannot be edited afterwards. Not by your organization, and not by us. A record that can be quietly changed is not evidence. Confidential training material is view only and watermarked with the reader's identity, and screen capture is blocked while it is open. REQUIRES AN ACCOUNT FROM YOUR ORGANIZATION Enkratos is sold to organizations. If yours does not use it, this app will not have anything to show you. If it does, sign in with the email address they hold for you.
