Key features include: • Support Management – View and manage customer and astrologer support conversations. • Ticket Actions – Accept, assign, transfer, escalate, resolve and close support requests based on staff permissions. • Customer & Astrologer Assistance – Access relevant information required to help users while maintaining role-based access controls. • Internal Notes – Add staff-only notes to support conversations for internal coordination. • Secure Calling – Initiate supported customer calls through VedJyotix's controlled calling workflow without exposing customer contact information unnecessarily. • Real-Time Updates – Receive updated support conversations and notifications while handling active requests. • Role-Based Access – Features and information are available according to the employee's assigned role and permissions. • Secure Staff Authentication – Access is restricted to authorized VedJyotix personnel.
