Punchify

Punchify is attendance and payroll software for Indian businesses — factories, workshops, offices and field teams. Staff punch in from their phone or from a biometric device. Punchify turns those punches into attendance, and attendance into salary: overtime, late deductions, leave, advances, loans and payslips, worked out the way Indian payroll actually works. FOR STAFF • Punch in and out from your phone, with a selfie if your company asks for one • See your own attendance — a month at a glance, and what each day held • Apply for leave and watch it get approved or rejected • Your payslip, with how every figure was worked out • Works in English, हिन्दी and ગુજરાતી FOR SUPERVISORS AND OWNERS • Who is in today, who is late, who has not turned up • Approve leave from the phone • Look up any employee and call them in one tap • See where field staff are during their shift, and where they went BUILT FOR HOW WORK ACTUALLY HAPPENS • Punches taken with no signal are kept on the phone and sent when it returns • Night shifts that cross midnight are counted on the right day • Attendance months that run 21st to 20th, not just calendar months • PF, ESI, professional tax and labour welfare fund, state by state LOCATION Punchify can record where a phone is while a shift is open, so an employer can see where field staff go during working hours. It is off unless your company turns it on AND an administrator turns it on for you. It runs only between punch in and punch out — it stops the moment you punch out — and while it is running Android shows a permanent notification that cannot be hidden. Nothing about calls, messages, contacts, photos or other apps is collected. Punchify is workplace software. Your employer creates your account, decides what is recorded, and can answer questions about your own record.
