PGly: PG Management & Finder

PGly is a PG and hostel management app for owners, and a place for tenants to find a paying guest room near them. FOR PG AND HOSTEL OWNERS Run your PG or hostel from your phone. Add your properties, set up rooms and beds, and manage tenants from move-in to move-out. • Multiple PGs and hostels from one account, each with its own rooms, tenants and rent collection. • Rooms and beds set up by floor, sharing type and AC or Non-AC, with room rent priced per bed. • Tenant onboarding with documents and deposit, and full history when they vacate. • Monthly rent generated in one click. Add electricity or other charges and track every due. • Vacant beds, pending payments, complaints and new enquiries on one dashboard. • Monthly income, pending rent collection and occupancy for one property or all of them. • Chat with your tenants inside the app, including photos and voice notes. • Expenses recorded per property, so you can see what a PG actually earns. • Your PG listed on the Find PG page, where tenants nearby can see your vacant beds. Tenants can also scan a QR code at your door, fill in their own details and upload their ID. You approve them and assign a bed, so you are not typing anyone's details yourself. FOR TENANTS LOOKING FOR A PG Search for a PG near you and filter by budget, sharing type and room type. Contact the owner directly. There is no broker and no brokerage fee. Once you move in, PGly shows your rent due date and payment history, lets you raise a complaint, and connects you to your PG owner by chat. PGly works anywhere in India, in any city or town. Whether you run a single PG, a hostel with many floors, or you are searching for paying guest accommodation nearby, PGly keeps it in one place.
