Daira HQ

Daira HQ is where the Daira EdTech team runs its work. It is for Daira's own people and the partners they invite — you sign in with the account your team gave you. Your day, first. My Focus opens on what needs you now: tasks due, work waiting on your answer, decisions to make and anything stopped on you. Put things off till tomorrow or clear them, and the bell only counts what is left. Projects and tasks. Every project with its milestones, its tasks as a list, a board or a calendar, and a timeline across the quarter. Give work to somebody, set it to repeat every week or month, change many tasks at once, save the views you use every morning, and see every change a task went through. From the field. Tick a task done even with no signal — it is sent when signal returns. Add a photo from the camera to a task as proof of a camp or a school visit; it is made small and stripped of its location first. Conversations. A room for every project, direct messages, groups of the people you choose, and company-wide Announcements. Reply in threads, react, @mention people, share photos and files, and comment on a task right where the work is. Decisions and risks. Ask for a decision and see who owes it; put risks on a register with who is watching them. Relationships. The pipeline of schools, government partners and CSR funders — Opportunity, Lead, Confirmed — with what each is worth and what comes next. The team. Who is who, what each person holds and is working on, and a way to message them. Ask HQ. Ask in plain words — what is late, who is on what — and get answers drawn only from what you are allowed to see. Notified the way you choose. Pick which things interrupt you, by email or on your phone, and keep quiet hours. Access follows your role: each person sees only the projects, people and records their role allows, and private projects stay hidden from everybody not granted them.
