E-vrtić je aplikacija razvijena u cilju poboljšanja kvalitete rada vrtićkih ustanova. Kreirani IT sustav i aplikacija omogućuje roditeljima čija djeca pohađaju određenu ustanovu, jednostavnu i izravnu komunikaciju s Upravom vrtića. Roditelji putem notifikacija pristižu obavijesti o raznim aktivnostima koje se provode u pojedinoj ustanovi ili vrtičkoj skupini . Aplikacija omogućuje roditelji da budu informirani o svi segmentima rada vrtićke ustanove, pristup dnevnom/mjesečnom jelovniku, pristup do raznih službenim dokumenata. Roditelji pomoću ove aplikacije mogu izravno zvati odgovorne u vrtiću te slati poruke o stanju svog djeteta. Mogu slati dokumente kao što su uvjerenja o zdravstvenom stanju djeteta, razne potrebe, ankete ili obavijestiti Upravu vrtića o nastaloj eventualnoj izvanrednoj situaciji. Aplikacija i IT sustav prilagođen je radu svih vrtića bez obzira o vlasništvu i veličini same ustanove. Sustav omogućuje jednostavno uključivanje novih vrtića na području cijele R. Hrvatske, bez obzira na organizacijsku strukturu. Aplikaciju, osim roditelja, može koristiti i djelatnici Uprave vrtića te putem svojih mobilnih uređaja imati pregled o pitanjima i porukama roditelja njihove ustanove, te odgovarati na njih putem mobilnog uređaja. Aplikacija omogućuje sljedeće: 1. Slanje i zaprimanje pitanja i prigovore roditelja 2. Slanje hitnih poruka ili telefonskih poziva Upravi vrtića od strane roditelja 3. Informiranje roditelja o raznih aktivnostima koje se događaju u vrtićima. Prikaz aktualnih novosti s pripadajućim dokumentima. 4. Prikaz dnevnih/mjesečnih jelovnika koje objavljuje Uprava vrtića 5. Izravan pristup raznim javnim dokumentima koje objavljuje Uprava vrtića 6. Informaciju o strukturi ustanove, izravni kontakt prema djelatnicima vrtića zaduženih za određenu kategoriju aktivnosti unutar vrtića 7. Pristup web sadržaju i službenoj stranici ustanove radi dobivanja dodatnih informacija o radu vrtića i njenih ustanova 8. Foto galerija za prikaz fotografija i video sadržaja 9. Viber grupe za komunikaciju roditelja i odgajatelja pojedinih skupina 10. E - pošta, sandučić gdje uprava može dostavljati razne dokumente, uplatnice, itd.
