E-dimnjačar je aplikacija koji omogućava građanima jednostavnu i izravnu komunikaciju s pružateljima dimnjačarskih usluga. Građanima se daje mogućnost uvida u raspored obavljanja dimnjačarskih usluga, slanja pitanja ili dokumenata vršitelju dimnjačarskih usluga. Za sve korisnike ove aplikacije omogućeno je korištenje usluge E-pošta za zaprimanje dokumenata, međusobnog razgovora te čuvanju dokumenata. Virtualna usluga E-pošta temeljena na GDPR regulativi, oslobađa korisnike od korištenja svojih osobnih podataka i bilo kakve kontrole korištenja ove usluge i mobilne aplikacije. Mogućnosti koje pruža mobilna aplikacija - mobilna aplikacija za izravnu komunikaciju pružatelja dimnjačarskih usluga i građana na području grada ili općine, - prikaz osnovnih informacija o rasporedu obavljanja dimnjačarskih usluga, - objavljivanje i pregled obavijesti od strane pružatelja dimnjačarskih usluga za određeni grad ili općinu, - mogućnost slanja pitanja koncesionaru dimnjačarskih usluga, - e-pošta za slanje i razmjenu dokumenata između dimnjačarske službe i građana, - slanje pitanja građana prema dimnjačarskoj službi kao i praćenje dinamike odgovaranja na pitanja, - obavještavanje građana o nadolazećem danu kada prema rasporedu se obavlja pojedina dimnjačarska usluga. Aplikacija je razvijena s ciljem unapređenje kvalitete života građana u njihovim sredinama. Mobilna aplikacija dio je sustava HRcity, neovisnog i transparentnog sustava namijenjenog za digitalizaciju gradova i općina na području Hrvatske.
