Full description
CinderCalendar is an interval timer and routine builder for people who train on their own time — at home, in a garage gym, in a hotel room, in a park. Pick your movements, set the work and rest, hit start, and get on with it. **A timer you can read mid-set** The session screen is one big countdown ring with a tick collar, the movement name, and two coaching cues. Underneath it, an interval strip shows every work and rest block in the whole circuit, width-weighted by length, filling as you go — so a glance tells you both how long this interval has left and how much of the session is behind you. Work blocks are orange, rest blocks are blue. Pause, skip and back sit under your thumb. **Build the circuit you actually want** Start from one of six routines that ship with the app, or build your own: - Pull movements from a library of 33 exercises across warm-up, strength, core, cardio, mobility and cool-down - Set work and rest seconds per block, or level the whole circuit to 20/10, 40/20 or 45/15 in one tap - Drag blocks into the order you want - Choose the round count and the break between rounds - Give it a name, a note and a colour Every exercise carries its muscle focus, a relative effort rating and two short cues you can read while you're moving. **Six routines to start with** First Spark (ten easy minutes), Forge Twenty (full-body strength intervals), Ash Sprint (four rounds of 20-on, 10-off), Core Kiln (ten minutes on the midsection), Desk Thaw (six minutes of mobility for a spine that's been sitting) and Evening Ember (low-heat strength plus a real cool-down). All six are ordinary editable circuits, so change anything you like. **Progress you can see** Finish a session, rate the effort, and it lands in your history. The progress screen gives you work-per-day bars, a cumulative volume line and a breakdown of where your time actually went, over 7, 14 or 30 days — plus lifetime totals, your longest session, your best streak and your average effort. The home screen keeps a seven-day streak strip and a weekly goal ring so you can see at a glance whether this week is on track. **Twelve badges** From your first finished session through thirty-day streaks, fifty circuits and training every movement group at least once. Each one shows exactly how far along you are. **Quick intervals** Four one-tap templates for when you don't want to plan anything: Tabata, Every Minute, Core Five and Loosen Up. **Offline, permanently** CinderCalendar has no account, no sign-in and no server. It requests no permissions — not internet, not storage, not notifications. Your circuits, your sessions and your settings live in the app's own storage on your phone and go nowhere else. Nothing to opt out of, nothing to delete from a server, nothing that stops working when you're out of signal. No ads. No subscriptions. No analytics.
