Zippy Fleet

Zippy Fleet is the driver app used by Zippy's own fleet operations team. Accounts are created by the office for drivers who work with us — there is no public sign-up, and the app cannot be used without an account issued by your fleet office. START AND END YOUR SHIFT Check in at the start of the day and out at the envehicle from four sides, the odometer, and aphotograph of you with the vehicle, so the condition of the car at handover is never a matter of memory. Check-out captures the closing odometer the same way. KNOW THE VEHICLE IS ROAD-LEGAL BEFORE YOU DRIVE IT The app checks the insurance, pollution certificatd vehicle before it lets you check in, and tells you exactly which document is the problem if one has lapsed. You find out in the yard, not at a check post. WORKS WHERE THE SIGNAL DOES NOT Basements, yards and petrol pumps rarely have a usable network. Your check-in is saved on the phone and uploaded when a connection returns, so your day is recorded whether or not thothing is lost if the app is closed midway — thedraft resumes with your photographs intact. IN YOUR LANGUAGE English, Hindi and Bengali. Change it at any time from the Account tab. WHAT ELSE IS IN IT • Today — your duty status, your assigned vehicle, and the shift running now • Vehicle — the car you are on, with its documents • History — the shifts you have completed, with distance and hours • Trips — record a trip with pickup, drop and fare • Account — language, appearance, upload status and privacy policy ABOUT LOCATION The app reads your location once when you finish a check-in or check-out, to record where the shift started and ended. It is never collected in the background, never while the app iot tracked. The app explains this and asks beforeAndroid does, and if you decline, no location is collected and you can still check in. PRIVACY Your data is used to run the fleet you drive for and nothing else. It is never sold and never used for advertising, and the app contains no advertising or tracking software of anzippy.cab/privacy/fleet
