eTask – offline-ready

eTask — manage your jobs and assign them to your team. Your data stays on your device. eTask runs entirely on your phone, with no cloud. All jobs, client details, photos and billing records are stored only on your device, so you never depend on an internet connection. Basement, warehouse, dead zone, a construction site in the middle of nowhere — the app works the same everywhere. Nothing waits for a connection, nothing freezes, nothing gets lost. Need a hand? Send a job to an employee. They complete it, add notes and photos, and send it back to you. WHY IT MATTERS Most job management apps store your data on the developer's servers. Without internet access you can't do anything, and information about your clients, prices and revenue is out of your control. eTask works the other way around. We have no server and we can't see your data — even if we wanted to. Your phone, your files, your business. FEATURES Fully offline Full functionality without an internet connection. Always and everywhere. Job management Log and track all your jobs in one place. Monitor progress, control costs and keep track of payments. Field work View jobs on a map, use navigation and document your work with photos. Client management Store client details and contact them directly from the app by phone, text or email. Built-in calendar Plan tasks, deadlines and meetings in one place. Backups under your control Save a backup on your device, move it to your computer, or send it wherever you choose. It's your choice, not a requirement of the app. Assigning jobs to employees Send a job as a file by email or via Google Drive. Your employee imports it into their eTask app and sends it back once it's done. You use your own email and your own drive — we're not involved. If you prefer to work fully offline, simply don't use this feature. Data export Export information to CSV and JPG files. Your data is always yours to take with you.
