eCMR One replaces the paper CMR consignment note with an electronic one that every party can sign on a phone. Issue the consignment note from saved data and send a signing link. The sender, carrier and consignee sign in their phone's browser, with no account and no app to install. Each signature lands in the shipment the moment it is given, so you no longer wait for paper to come back from the road. A typical note takes 2–3 minutes. • Signatures by link: ask each party to sign by email, or copy the link and forward it yourself. • Reservations on delivery: the consignee can record reservations about the goods when signing for them (box 24). • Works offline: drafts, edits and signatures are stored on the phone and upload by themselves when the network returns. • PDF that matches the printed CMR: preview it, send it or print it. • Roadside checks: a QR code opens the shipment details for an inspector without giving access to your account. • Shipment tracking: the driver shares the location of a selected shipment, even with the screen off.
