DF Manager — Building Trades

DF Manager is a management app for craftspeople, sole traders and small businesses in the building trades in France. From the customer's request to the invoice, everything is done from your phone. The app is designed for French businesses: documents and legal mentions are in French. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Quotes, invoices, credit notes and deposit invoices: create documents in a few taps, turn a quote into an invoice and generate a ready-to-send PDF with numbering, VAT rates and legal mentions. • Factur-X format: invoices can be produced as Factur-X (PDF/A-3 with structured data, EN 16931 standard). • Clients and job sites: keep a record for each client and follow each job with its tasks, expenses and payments in one place. • Expenses and receipts: scan a receipt and the app reads the amount, date and shop right on your phone (the photo is not sent to our servers). You review, then save. • Team: invite colleagues, assign tasks and purchases, and approve the receipts they submit. • Dashboard and reports: payments received, amounts due, expenses and profitability at a glance. • Estimating help: a calculator for building work, regional prices and work libraries. • Convenience: fingerprint or face lock, backups, home-screen widget, interface in French, English and Russian. YOUR DATA Your business data (clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, expenses) is synced to your account so it is available on your devices, with encrypted transmission. We do not sell your data and the app contains no ads. You can delete your account and data at any time from the app or online. SUBSCRIPTION DF Manager is offered as a subscription through Google Play, in three plans: Standard, Plus and Prime. A 7-day free trial is offered to new subscribers. The price, trial length and automatic renewal terms are shown by Google Play before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time in Google Play under Subscriptions. IMPORTANT DF Manager is a management aid. It does not replace an accountant or legal or tax advice.
