Con esta aplicación de Incidence, myIncidence, ya no conduces solo.
Lleva en tu móvil la aplicación gratuita de asistencia en carretera más avanzada.
Ante un incidente en la vía, te lo ponemos muy fácil. Solo tendrás que seguir nuestro proceso guiado en la app y te ayudaremos a gestionar la incidencia, poniendo en marcha el servicio de auxilio que necesites en ese momento.
¿Cómo funciona myIncidence?
1. Descarga la app y sigue los pasos para su configuración y registro, dejándola lista para cuando necesites reportar un incidente en carretera.
2. Vincula tu baliza IoT (Help Flash IoT, Help Flash IoT+, Hella IoT, Vzero, Ángel Gaitán, Sentinel Road, Netun, Balizauto y HelpFlashToyota/Lexus). Podrás comprobar la conectividad, el estado de la batería, la ubicación, y recibirás un aviso cuándo comunique a DGT3.0.
3. En caso de avería o accidente, activa tu app. Si tienes una baliza v16 vinculada, la app se lanzará con solo activarla; si no, siempre puedes activarla manualmente.
- Te haremos algunas preguntas antes de contactar con emergencias o con tu servicio de asistencia en carretera, según el tipo de incidencia.
- Avisaremos y enviaremos tu localización exacta (servicio disponible para emergencias y clientes con pólizas activas en las aseguradoras con acuerdos de adhesión vigentes).
- Podrás compartir tu ubicación con tus contactos.
- Si la grúa está adherida y geolocalizada, podrás ver en tiempo real su itinerario hasta la llegada al punto donde se encuentra tu vehículo.
- Cancela (si ha sido un error) o cierra tu incidencia, y danos tu valoración del servicio para poder seguir mejorando.

INFORMACIÓN SOBRE PERMISO DE SERVICIO EN PRIMER PLANO (FOREGROUND_SERVICE) CON EL MODELO SMART:
Este permiso se solicita únicamente a los usuarios que tengan vinculada una baliza Help Flash Smart, que se conecta vía Bluetooth. En este caso, la app necesita ejecutar un servicio en primer plano para mantener la conexión activa con el dispositivo, incluso cuando la pantalla está apagada o la app se encuentra en segundo plano. Esto permite detectar la activación de la baliza y lanzar automáticamente el proceso guiado de asistencia en carretera.
Este permiso no se requiere en el caso de las balizas conectadas mediante tecnología IoT (como Help Flash IoT o Hella IoT), ya que su funcionamiento se basa en la conectividad directa con la plataforma DGT 3.0.
INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE:
Usa la aplicación con responsabilidad y cuando realmente la necesites. El sistema está conectado con un servicio de triaje de emergencias, por lo que cada vez que actives esta funcionalidad se generará una incidencia real.
