HireMe Mobile

HireMe is Estonia's youth-employment marketplace. Real shifts from verified Estonian employers, identity-checked workers, escrow-secured payments, and full tax compliance — all in one app. WHO IT'S FOR • Workers age 15+ looking for legal part-time and weekend shifts (cafés, retail, events, warehousing). • Employers who need to staff a shift this week and want everything — TÖR registration, TSD declaration, käsundusleping — handled in one flow. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign up with Smart-ID. Identity verified in 30 seconds. Workers under 18 trigger an automatic parental-approval Smart-ID request. 2. Workers browse "Job Bites" — short, real shifts you can apply to with one tap. 3. Employers post a shift, see applicants instantly, send offers in seconds. The cost preview shows the FULL price (gross wage + employer taxes + platform fee) BEFORE you commit. 4. Payment method authenticated pre-shift, released when both sides mark the shift complete. 5. We help you prepare and file your TÖR (employment register) entries on time and line up your TSD (tax declaration) numbers monthly. No spreadsheets, no late fines. WHY HIREME • Estonian-built, Estonian-compliant. Made by people who actually know what TÖR, TSD, and käsundusleping mean. • Smart-ID identity at every step. No fake profiles, no ghost employers. • Transparent pricing. Cost estimator shows the full breakdown before posting. • Multilingual. Eesti / English. Switch any time. • Escrow protection. Money is held until the shift is done. • Compliance dashboard for employers — every active worker, every open TÖR entry, every upcoming TSD deadline visible at a glance. PRIVACY & SECURITY • Smart-ID for identity, never a password. • We never see your card or bank details — Stripe handles the money. • Full GDPR compliance. Export or delete your data any time from Settings. GET STARTED Open the app, sign in with Smart-ID, and you're in. Workers can browse without committing. Employers can preview a job post and see the full cost before they pay a cent. Made in Estonia, for Estonia. Questions: [email protected].
